DUCHESS OF CAMBRIDGE HAS A BLUE VALENTINE'S DAY

Is the Duchess of Cambridge feeling a little blue that she couldn't spend Valentine's Day with Prince William?
   The 32-year-old royal attended a solo event on Friday -- her second in less than a week. She was attending the opening of an art room at a London-area high school.
   Prince George's mom looked absolutely radiant in a bright, cerulean blue dress by L.K. Bennett. She completed the look with minimal jewelry, including a stunning Cartier watch, and a simple black clutch.
